Sari Mansour is professor in Human Resources Management at the School of Administration Sciences. He is Fondator and director of research center of sustainable management of Organisations at TÉLUQ University.

With substantial research experience, Sari Mansour has authored a substantielle number of articles as the lead author in leading scientific journals such as International Journal of Human Resources Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, International Journal of Manpower, Personnel Review, Journal of Air Transport Management, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Journal of Accounting and Organizational Change, Journal of Management & Organization, Journal of Human Resources in Hospitality & Tourism, among others. He has also contributed as a co-author to several other articles. His research has had a significant impact in the field: Google Scholar citation profile.

Sari Mansour is also a regular speaker at several prestigious international conferences, including Academy of Management, European Academy of Management, the European Academy of Work and Organizational Psychology, European Group of Organization Studies, Canadian Association of Administrative Sciences, and Association Francophone de la Gestion des Ressources Humaines. He has been honored with multiple nominations, notably for the Best Paper Award by the Canadian Association of Administrative Sciences in 2017 and 2023. In recognition of his academic excellence, he has received scholarships for his master's and doctoral studies. His latest research program on sustainable human resources management was ranked first by the FRQ. His research is financially supported by the CRSH and the FRQ.
